Food was delicious and plated beautifully. We went there for lunch after a hike. We ordered the fried chicken, reuben sandwich and a salad. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. Very flavorful. I highly recommend both. Place was spacious and lovely. Bathrooms were clean. Our waitress was very attentive, friendly and professional. Lots of parking across the street.

The breading on the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was slightly burnt (like it had been in the fryer a little too long), but the chicken was still moist and good so I don't send it back. The side salad was amazing. Everything was super fresh and the vinaigrette was delicious. I got a cranberry spritzer mocktail which I thought had a great price and was so good. Also got coffee which was very good coffee as well. The decor is a cool rustic kind of decor and the seating is very comfortable. Our waitress was very attentive and provided excellent service.

We love Preserve, for the past 3 years we have dined here with the same server who lives in Vacaville (sorry I forget her name but she's amazing and we get her every time). We come for our anniversary and she just makes the night special by her warm style of service and great recommendations. Thank you for making delicious food and cocktails. We go out of our way to visit Winters just for this restaurant as both my husband and I work in the industry and can tell everyone here takes pride in their work. Bravo ;)

A true hidden in Winters, CA. Every dish was delectable, with the steak being surprisingly flavorful and perfectly prepared. The oysters were exceptionally fresh, bringing to mind the quality of oysters we seek to enjoy. The Old Fashioned was expertly crafted, with a perfect balance of flavors. The ambiance was romantic and inviting, complemented by elegant and thoughtful presentation. It was a truly memorable dining experience, and service was great, considering we had a newborn in tow. Highly recommended.

What a nice restaurant! The ambiance here is perfect for date night out. It's right in the center of winters and is very nicely decorated. My wife and I came here on a Saturday night and we really enjoyed it. We ordered Mac n cheese for an app and it was very tasty (just a little salty) and then for dinner we had the burger and the fried chicken with fries and papas bravas. The burger was great and the chicken was also very good. The only thing I will say is we asked to get the burger done medium well (due to my wife's dietary restrictions) and it came out rare to medium rare. That was pretty disappointing but the rest of the food was great and the service from Maddy our server was also great!

Loved it. Attentive staff. Nice bar area and really good food. I forgot to take pics so all I can show you are plates licked clean! Great cocktail (Vitamin Sea) and local Woodland Blue Note Kolsch. We had the burger, fries and roasted broccolini. All so good. Will come back!!

Love this spot in Winters, and we stop here for lunch every trip out to Napa. It's on the way from Sacramento to Napa and the food and atmosphere are equally appealing. Service is always excellent, and we even purchased some "preserves" for a gift for our friends, including marmalade, jalapeno relish and they threw in a jar of mustard to boot! The burgers are fantastic and the fries addictive., with the Nashville Hot Chicken and Reuben as excellent choices. A wide variety of beers, cocktails and a decent wine list are available to wash down your meal.

We went here for our anniversary dinner and the server was so kind during our visit. I ordered the gnocchi, and my partner had the fish. We shared a side of mac & cheese. I really enjoyed the gnocchi that I had and we both agreed that I had the better dish. The mac & cheese was just alright. The star of the dinner was definitely the sundae! From the coffee and sweet cream ice cream, to the toppings that they were very generous about, it was overwhelmingly, delicious and something we still think about! The vibe in the interior of the restaurant is very classy, and a great spot for a dates or a very upscale dinner with friends. They have a very diverse wine collection and it's clear a lot of people come here for that. The outside is also very beautiful and perfect if you want a spot to take photos with your company! If I'm in town again, I would definitely come here!
